You may have your car serviced by any service centre in Australia without voiding the new car warranty. However, should a fault occur that can be directly attributable to the independent service then the new car warranty may be voided for that repair. It is recommended that you do have the car serviced by an authorised FCA dealership as they have the correct diagnosis equipment, access to all technical updates, access to all software updates and are factory trained technicians who know your vehicle better than anyone else in the world.
Our warranty is so comprehensive it is probably better to ask, what is not covered. The items not covered are brake pads and rotors, trim, clutch linings, globes and consumables. The warranty covers anything that is attributable to a defect in the manufacturing processes as deemed by the authorised retailer. It essentially excludes all wear and tear items.
