My eCharge is a service that allows you to manage public and private charging and get easy access to the Free2Move eSolutions Charging services: you’ll be able to locate public charging stations, check the charging methods, make payments, and see the charging history. At home, you can manage your Wallbox, decide to increase, decrease, suspend, or reactivate the charging process and set how much electricity you want to use.

Thanks to the My Assistant features, you can immediately receive support in case of issues by simply pushing a button. You can also get monthly vehicle health reports via email to stay constantly updated on the status of your car.

Interact with your vehicle with your voice or via smartphone. My Remote allows you to check if the doors and the trunk are opened or closed, lock and unlock the doors, turn on and off the lights and quickly identify the location of your car in a parking lot.

Thanks to Vehicle Finder, you can see where you parked your Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4, its real-time position, and with E-control, you’ll be able to remotely control several functionalities based on Electric Vehicle services (charge your battery as you wish, program air conditioning and heating).

My Car package helps you monitor the general health and status of your Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4 at any time and from anywhere.

Check the fuel level, and the odometer and receive direct notifications for the maintenance or repair of your Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4 directly from the infotainment system, My Alfa Connect mobile app, smartwatch, voice assistants, or from the internet web portal.

Start your trip even before getting on board your Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4: send your destination from your smartphone to the infotainment system to get real-time information about traffic, weather, and speed cameras along your journeys. My Navigation also includes the Charging Station Finder features that shows the related availability, electrical connectors, prices, power levels, addresses, and distance. Moreover, the Dynamic Range Mapping feature shows the destination that drivers can reach based on the vehicle’s battery charge level. All maps will be automatically updated over the air.

Reactivity is always the best defense. My Alert is the optional service purchasable on the My Alfa Connect web portal that will send you a push notification on the app in case of suspected attempted theft of your Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4, or if it’s towed without authorization. And, in case of theft, you can speak directly to a dedicated assistance center. After reporting to the police, the system will activate a real-time GPS tracker and transmit the vehicle's position.

Enhance your internet experience with the My Wi-Fi optional service powered by UBIGI that allows 8 devices to connect to the vehicle’s Wi-Fi network with a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. Once activated, connect your Tonale with Amazon Alexa** Voice Service to make it interact with your smart home device, play music, find a point of interest, and send an address directly on your infotainment system.

On a single platform available on the web and mobile, the data from the vehicles is translated into solutions to improve efficiency (geolocation), reduce costs, prevent risks (eco-driving), and guarantee the safety of vehicles and drivers.

The vehicle has achieved Level 2 Autonomous driving thanks to a front-mounted camera to monitor the vehicle’s surroundings, laterally and longitudinally in combination with three other systems: Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, and Traffic Jam Assist. These three systems interact to maintain the correct position on the road with minimal driver intervention.

These features assist in keeping the vehicle at the correct speed, in the centre of its lane, greatly reducing the possibility of collisions, while constantly checking the vehicle’s surroundings in congested traffic where accidents often occur. 

Blind Spot Detection monitors the driver's blind spots while driving, visually warning them on the side mirrors when another vehicle is in their blind spot. Plus, the system offers a corrective steering manoeuvre to avoid a collision with vehicles in the hidden blind spot.​

Rear Path Detection is activated while the Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4 is moving in reverse: it helps when backing out of parking spaces and other reduced visibility situations. It also alerts the driver when something approaches the vehicle laterally

​The 360° View Camera offers an all-round view of the car’s surroundings on the 10.25” digital touchscreen with a dynamic grid.

This system features four high-definition cameras positioned on the front grille, rear-view mirrors, and tailgate for easier parking and manoeuvring in tight spaces.

Lane Keep Assist alerts the driver if the vehicle is unintentionally leaving its lane and automatically intervenes to correct its path and direct it back into its lane.

The Traffic Sign Recognition system uses an onboard camera to identify traffic signs: it reports them on the display and alerts the driver of the current speed limit.​

The Intelligent Speed Control suggests reducing the speed to the detected limit. If the driver accepts, the cruise control settings are automatically adjusted.​

Using the front mounted camera to visually and audibly warn the driver of a stopped vehicle, pedestrians, or cyclists ahead. If the driver is unable to stop in time, the system autonomously brakes the vehicle to avoid or mitigate a collision. 

During long drives sometimes it is necessary to take a break. The program monitors the movements of the vehicle and the drowsiness of the driver and warns through alert signals and the symbol of a coffee cup on the TFT display and encourages them to pullover and rest.

The Rear Seat Reminder Alert system is designed to detect the presence of an object in the rear seat.​

This system activates at the beginning of each drive if the driver opens a rear door. At the end of the drive, when the vehicle is turned off, the device alerts and reminds the driver to check the rear cabin before leaving.​
